The success of the existing professional equestrian business necessitated an application for:  Staff Accommodation Unit Ancillary to Equestrian Use, an American Barn with 12 stables, and an all weather 60m x 20m Arena  This was achieved by the conversion of 2 existing stable blocks into one building for accommodation;  American barn for 12 horses to replace the stables lost through conversion, plus additional stables to allow for on-going business expansion.

The site, located in the Greenbelt, and over varying flood zones necessitated careful liaison with the Planning Officer and Consultees to overcome these and ecological issues to achieve consent.
