Ed joined AGM in July 2018 after spending time oversees in New Zealand. He competed his BSc degree in Geography in 2015 and spent a sandwich year working in the Planning Team at Barton Willmore in Bristol. He came into AGM as an Assistant Planner but has quickly progressed into a Planner taking on more responsibilities and leading projects.

In 2016, Patrick graduated from Queens University Belfast with a Masters degree in Planning and Development, before moving to England to begin his professional planning career. Patrick joined AGM in 2018, and is enjoying the variety of work and challenges the job brings. He takes a leading role with a number of high profile projects, and prides himself in providing a ‘professional, personal service’. Patrick is soon to be become a chartered surveyor through the RICS.'

With 50 years experience in the property and planning industry, John is respected by colleagues in the private and public sectors due to his extensive legislative and policy knowledge. Together with strong advocacy and negotiation skills ensures his long standing reputation within the planning fraternity.
Managing Director of AGM’s Rural and Equestrian division. Lucy has a background in agriculture and a keen interest in all things equestrian, having owned and competed horses in varied equestrian disciplines.
With extensive knowledge and experience of rural planning matters Lucy specialises in planning and business consultancy including work related to rural workers dwellings, permitted development applications, all equestrian facilities, enforcement issues, land evaluation and asset maximisation.
