We provide expert advice on a range of planning issues encompassing small scale development through to large schemes.
Ed joined AGM in July 2018 after spending time overseas in New Zealand. He competed his BSc degree in Geography in 2015 and spent a sandwich year working in the Planning Team at Barton Willmore in Bristol. He came into AGM as an Assistant Planner but has quickly progressed into one of our most valued Senior Planners taking on some of our most prestigious projects. Ed is a leading specialist on Permitted Development.
Lucy is a chartered member of the RTPI and an experienced planner. Working at WYG in Bristol for 15 yers Lucy has a thorough understanding and wide experience of working with major developers as well as smaller individual clients. Due to her versatility and wealth of experience, she is able to turn her hand from a large scale mixed-use development scheme to a rural dwelling, change of use or individual listed building renovation.
Amanda brings extensive business and marketing background to AGM's growing Team. As Project Manager Amanda is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the company in order to maintain AGM's high standards and dedication to our clients. Previously, as Marketing and Events Manager Queen's Club W. London Amanda was responsible for all corporate events. She also invented and marketed a multi-award winning children’s product.
Isabelle joins AGM having studied Spacial Planning & Development MSc at Cardiff University her thesis: Challenging Negative Perceptions of Social Housing: Learning lessons for the future delivery of Social Housing in Wales. Issy's last role was in the South West working on local planning projects focusing on renewable energy opportunities.
As a polo player and horse owner, Isabelle has a good understanding of the rural and equestrian world and is a great asset to the Team.
With her wealth of experience within the Planning Industry and with Property Development coupled with her personable approach Alexis is a key member of the AGM Team.

Daniel joins AGM having studied BSc Human Geography and Town Planning at Cardiff University. As part of his degree he spent a year working in a Transport Planning Consultancy and also worked with the Planning Department at Swindon Borough Council so he brings useful experience and transport knowledge to the Team. Daniel is keen to become RTPI accredited: AGM look forward to helping Daniel achieve his ambitions working predominantly on urban and commercial projects.

The driving force behind Arena Global Management Ltd (AGM). John has a proven record of success in representing private, residential and commercial development clients, public authorities and communities in every aspect of the planning process.
With extensive knowledge and experience of rural planning matters John is also a specialist in planning and business consultancy including work related to rural workers dwellings, permitted development applications, all equestrian facilities, enforcement issues, land evaluation and asset maximisation.
With 50 years experience in the property and planning industry, John is respected by colleagues in the private and public sectors due to his extensive legislative and policy knowledge. Together with strong advocacy and negotiation skills ensures his long standing reputation within the planning fraternity.
