This popular public house although sprawling over a significant site was was straining within the confines of its existing multiple small rooms.  Two Planning consents were achieved to extend the existing bed and breakfast accommodation to provide an additional 5 rooms.  The refurbishment of the adjoining cottage to provide an 2 additional rooms and the formation of new vehicular access.

Subsequently an application was made to remove an existing conservatory extension, extend the footprint of the conservatory and lobby area and replace the existing roof with glazed panels and extend kitchen.

Thereby giving the business better access and parking: more accommodation and the open floor space it required to accommodate its growing gastro pub trade.
