​Located in the Radstock Conservation Area Woodborough Cottage was a small end of terrace property with a 25 acre small holding. With an environmentally sustainable design and materials sympathetic to and of the same palette as the existing terrace planning was achieved for an, Eco, two storey multi functional, and thereby sustainable, annexe extension which enabled, in the first instance, a dependent relative to live and be cared for at home and which could, subsequently, accommodate any family changes into the future.
