The development at West Street involved the demolition of existing offices and residential units, followed by the construction of ground floor offices, with open market apartments above. The site is located inside the "Old Market Conservation Area", which proved to be one of our main challenges in this venture. A key way in which we gained support for the proposal was through public consultation, which increased community inclusion, hence driving up positivity for the project.
