Trim Street

AGM successfully secured planning for 10 self contained residential units and a self contained office. Innovative mezzanine Pod’s maximised the functionality of the building by utilising the Georgian buildings heigh ceilings and thereby also maximising the return on investment.  This Grade II Listed building situated in a prime central location of the Bath UNESCO World Heritage Site had been much altered over the years and careful liaison with the Conservation Officer was necessitated in order to achieve a sensitive and successful renovation.
