The owners of Oaklea had failed previously to secure planning permission and came to AGM to ask for our professional opinion.  With our expertise of working within the Green Belt and with our experienced team we achieved outline planning permission at appeal for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the land for 3 new dwellings.

Importantly, the Planning Inspector agreed with our statement and noted that the site should no longer be classed as greenbelt but rather as infill land, that there was no effect on the openness of the Green Belt and that the land should be classed as within the village settlement boundary.  They therefore had no objection to the development and allowed the appeal.
