Due to the success and on-going expansion of the equestrian business additional stabling and accommodation on site had become a necessity to enable the business to continue to flourish. AGM progressed the application for 6 additional stables for competition liveries, a 9m x 3m temporary mobile home and a horse walker which was granted in 2012. Subsequently AGM achieved planning approval in 2015 to provide permanent rural workers accommodation on site thereby giving the family the security they needed to enable the continuity of the business into the future.
This entrepreneurial family also established another non equestrian business on site. AGM achieved planning for this business venture which, due to its phenomenal success, needs to expand and an application is currently in the pipeline to enable this.
