The first phase of the development were 2 new detached houses developed in the grounds of 2 run down semi-detached properties adjacent to the London Road.

 

At approximately 4000 sq ft the 2 new houses were built to an extremely high quality specification and with unique, bespoke, interior design with gardens adjoining open land which is adjacent to the river Avon.
