89 Dwellings Application Won At Appeal

AGM successfully gained planning permission for 89 dwellings (72 houses, 17 flats) with the provision of public open space and landscaping.  Working closely alongside  Curo, one of the largest housing association landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes, AGM argued that  investment in neighbourhood services make our communities thriving, sustainable places where people want to live and work.  In addition to this 30% social housing was included within the application helping the Local Authority meet their targets of provision of this type of housing.  The final scheme showed more open space and increased space between the existing and proposed properties in order give more privacy for householders and more open space to the area which was praised by the Planners.
