Meet The Team
John White
John CEO, founder and driving force behind Arena Global Management Ltd (AGM) has a proven record of success in representing private, residential and commercial development clients, public authorities and communities in every aspect of the planning process.
With 50 years experience in the property and planning industry John has the respect of his colleagues in both private and public sectors due to his excellent legislative and policy knowledge coupled with his advocacy and negotiation skills which have ensured his long standing reputation within the urban and rural / equine planing communities.
Lucy Ralph
Lucy is Managing Director of AGM’s Rural and Equestrian division. She has a background in agriculture and a keen interest in all things equestrian, having owned and competed horses in varied equestrian disciplines.
With extensive knowledge and experience of rural planning matters Lucy specialises in planning and business consultancy including work related to rural workers dwellings, permitted development applications, all equestrian facilities, enforcement issues, land evaluation and asset maximisation.
Edward Downing
Ed joined AGM in July 2018 after spending time oversees in New Zealand. He competed his BSc degree in Geography in 2015 and spent a sandwich year working in the Planning Team at Barton Willmore in Bristol. He came into AGM as an Assistant Planner but has quickly progressed into a Planner taking on more responsibilities and leading projects.
Alexis Palmer
Your first point of contact when you want to talk to us, her wealth of experience in property development and planning industry, coupled with her personable approach, makes for a first class and knowledgeable front of house experience. Adopting smart office procedures and team solutions Alexis ensures that your project runs efficiently from start to finish.
Patrick Marks
In 2016, Patrick graduated from Queens University Belfast with a Masters degree in Planning and Development, before moving to England to begin his professional planning career.
Patrick joined AGM in 2018. Having over 5 years of working in the property sector, Patrick brings with him a wealth of experience and particularly enjoys the close-knit working environment that exists within the office and strong friendships that have been made with the rest of the team.
