Brantridge Park originally owned by Princess Alice Granddaughter of Queen Victoria had, over many years, suffered significant alterations and partitions to facilitate its various uses, ultimately as multiple holiday apartments.   

Our developments to restore and return the Listed Main Building to its original glory as an imposing family residence included:

Main House:  

• Removal of partitions dividing original large rooms into smaller units and removal of invasive fire partitioning required for the holiday let business

• Returning the main staircase to its original impressive configuration 

• Extensive internal and external alterations and extensions

• Repair of original cornicing and applying new, historically matched, where necessary 

• 2 new One-bed units in the stable building

• New Swimming pool & Gym building

• New tennis court building

New Biomass Energy Facility in separate new building: 

• to provide efficient heating for the Main house and its associated buildings

• the equestrian arena

• separate grooms and manager’s accommodation within the estate
