AGM have been involved with the extensive alteration and renovation of Nos 3,4 & 5 Argyle Street, the location of the exciting Club House Restaurant. Following the successful change of use from restaurant to offices for the ground floor access, basement and sub-basement of No 4 and part of Nos 3 & 5 Argyle Street.

 

(i) AGM have applied for internal and external alterations in connection with office use on the ground, basement and sub-basement floors at No 4 and parts of No 3 and No5 Argyle Street.

 

(ii) Internal and external alterations and change of use from restaurant use to office use for most of the ground floor and part of the basement at No4 Argyle Street.

 

(iii) Internal and external alterations and change of use from residential access to office use for part of the ground floor at Argyle Street.

 

These applications are on-going.
